Mary Kay Meeks - Executive Director
Face to Face - Philadelphia, PA
Mary Kay Meeks-Hank has been the Executive Director of Face to Face in Germantown since 2009. She came to Face to Face in January 2007 in anticipation of the founder’s retirement. Mary Kay holds an undergraduate degree in sociology from Chestnut Hill College and a Masters in Sociology from Fordham University.
Mary Kay’s professional background is primarily in education and social service. She taught sociology as an adjunct professor at LaSalle University for nine years before coming to Face to Face. Over the years, Face to Face has become her second home and its’ people – guests, staff, board, and volunteers - her second family. The three words that she would choose to describe Face to Face are hospitality, mutuality, and transformation.
